His career includes CTO at Zuri Group and leading the Solution Architecture team within Blackbaud's Professional Services, specializing in Blackbaud CRM and Raiser's Edge. Ken has overseen dozens of fundraising CRM implementations including all aspects of data migration, configuration, customization, and integration.
Lives outside Nashville with his family and a menagerie including dogs, cats, horses, chickens, and bees.

A grant professional with over 22 years of experience in every step of the grant lifecycle, Chris has supported a diverse range of nonprofits including those in higher education, healthcare, social services, foundations, and community groups. With a background in cognitive psychology and human factors, Chris is passionate about creating clean user experiences and designing efficient software.

Prior to joining NetOutlook, Ian served as a Client Relationship Manager at Zuri Group, where he worked closely with mission-driven institutions to identify their needs. His work included leading engagements focused on custom tool development, software integration, and optimizing platforms like Blackbaud CRM and Raiser's Edge NXT.
Spends his time between Bend, Oregon, and New York, NY, chasing good food, better coffee, and views worth the climb.

An experienced grants consultant and contract administrator accomplished in program development, nonprofit management, and systems analysis. Nicole has collaborated one-on-one with over 50 nonprofit and government entities and has been integral to obtaining more than $200 million in competitive government and private grant funding for diverse organizations.

An expert partner relations manager and direct beneficiary of nonprofit outreach, Ferris has been involved in NetOutlook product development since the beginning. He aspires to take more days off, but is really more of a Cameron.
