Ken Swift
Co-Founder
Ken has 25 years of experience in IT, in the service of nonprofits. He has worked with a broad set of technologies over the years and has endless enthusiasm for developing software solutions that benefit nonprofit organizations.
Ken’s career includes Chief Technology Officer at Zuri Group and leading the Solution Architecture team within Blackbaud’s Professional Services, specializing in Blackbaud CRM and The Raiser’s Edge. Ken has been involved in dozens of fundraising CRM implementations, overseeing all aspects of data migration, configuration, customization, integration. This view of fundraising operations, both technical and functional, gives Ken a unique understanding of how technology can support efficient business processes. Ken is skilled at understanding nonprofit needs, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and making magic.
Ken lives outside Nashville with his family and a menagerie of pets including dogs, cats, horses, chickens, and bees.

Chris Nance
Co-Founder
A grant professional with over 22 years of experience in every step of the grant lifecycle, Chris has supported a diverse range of nonprofits, including those in higher education, healthcare, social services, foundations, and community groups. Chris's professional focus is on meeting the needs of both grant-seeking and grant-making organizations, which in turn serve their communities. With an educational background in cognitive psychology and human factors, Chris is passionate about creating clean user experiences and designing efficient software.
Chris lives in the beautiful city of Bend, Oregon, with his family. He enjoys live music, sassy chihuahuas, and not talking about Fight Club.

Stephanie Burnett
Operations
Stephanie is a strategic leader with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of fundraising technology and business growth. She enjoys translating vision into action with measurable outcomes by optimizing systems and building high-performing teams. She is practiced with fundraising system selections, business process improvement, project and portfolio management. She enjoys working with leadership teams to maximize outcomes through improved analytics, streamlining workflows, and data-driven decision making.
Stephanie's past roles include Chief Operating Officer at Zuri Group, Senior Management Consultant at JCA, and Project Management lead at Kintera. She is passionate about work that matters with talented people for the benefit of communities with genuine needs. Ask her about high desert gardening, her latest fermentation project, or her current favorite organizational development theory.

Ian Hager
Client Engagement
Prior to joining NetOutlook, Ian served as a Client Relationship Manager at Zuri Group, where he worked closely with mission-driven institutions to identify their needs. His work included leading engagements focused on custom tool development, software integration, and optimizing platforms like Blackbaud CRM and Raiser’s Edge NXT. Ian takes pride in helping teams better understand and utilize their data to drive meaningful outcomes and long-term growth.
Ian spends his time between Bend, Oregon, and New York, NY—chasing good food, better coffee, and exploring places where the view is worth the climb.

Nicole Nance
Client Experience
Nicole Nance is an experienced grants consultant and contract administrator accomplished in program development, nonprofit management, and systems analysis and improvement. Nicole has worked collaboratively to help obtain more than $200 million in competitive government and private grant and contract funding for diverse organizations.
She has collaborated one-on-one with over 50 nonprofit and government entities ranging from grassroots organizations to school districts, local government agencies, and police departments. Nicole has been integral to the development of hundreds of projects across multiple disciplines principally focused in social justice and human and behavioral health services.

Ferris
Product Support
An expert partner relations manager and direct beneficiary of nonprofit outreach, Ferris has been involved in Net Outlook product development since the beginning. He aspires to take more days off, but is really more of a Cameron.
